: (1) Every worker will get wages and benefits from the date of starting work.
(2) The wages and benefits that the workers will receive shall be as mentioned in the employment contract without being less than those specified in this Act and the rules made under this Act.
(3) Except in the cases mentioned in the collective agreement between the employer and the workers, the wages and benefits received by the workers cannot be reduced.
